After 14 months of slaughter in Gaza, the International Criminal Court has finally issued an official arrest warrant for Israeli prime minister Netanyahu. But it means nothing if governments around the world don’t enforce it. And there’s no time to waste - thousands of children have already been killed by Israel in Gaza.
